RECRUITMENT RUNDOWN

Our Plan for Virtual Recruitment

PNM ORIENTATION

August 17th, 2020

This is the first step in the Recruitment process. You will meet your Rho Gamma and Group via Zoom to receive all of the important information you will need for Recruitment. These groups will be your 'home base' for the week.

GO GREEK

August 20th, 2020

Your first day of Recruitment will take place on Canvas. You will receive a video from each Chapter to gain insight on Chapter values, members, and even more information to help welcome you into our Panhellenic Community.

HOUSE TOURS

August 21st, 2020

Your Second Day of Recruitment will consist of a video tour of up to Six Chapter Facilities. Following these videos you will get to have a Zoom call with the Chapters you return to on the Second Day of Recruitment.

PHILANTHROPY DAY

August 22nd, 2020

Round Three of Recruitment is all about the heart and soul of our Chapters - Philanthropy. Through Zoom calls with up to Four Chapters, you will get to learn all about the organizations we support and why we hold them so near to our hearts.

PREFERENCE NIGHT

August 23rd, 2020

Your final night of Recruitment is called Preference Night. You will have Zoom calls with your final Two Chapters to find your Home and really get to know the Chapters you visit.

BID DAY

August 24th, 2020

On Bid Day, you will be able to finally receive your Bid to your Forever Home. This is when you will find out which Chapter you are part of, and the affiliation of your Rho Gamma and Pan Exec.
